Director/PDMR Shareholding

Following achievement of the performance target relating to LEAP awards made on 6 July 2006, Carillion plc ordinary shares of 50p each were transferred to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) as set out in the table below.

The vesting of these shares was delayed until after the close period relating to the Carillion plc 2009 half year results.
